My Collaboration with Infinite Objects
I created a one of a kind video print available excusively through Infinite Objects!
What is Infinite Objects?
Infinite Objects is a company that creates unique physical objects that display video art. They specialize in creating "video prints" that display a looped video on a small screen embedded in a sleek black frame.
The videos can be original works of art, film scenes, music videos, or any other type of video content. The Infinite Objects are designed to be standalone pieces of art that can be displayed on a shelf or hung on a wall like a traditional print.
They can also be personalized with custom videos or images. Infinite Objects merges the worlds of digital and physical art by creating a new medium for video art.
How did I get involved with Infinite Objects?
In 2022, I was introduced to Infinite Objects during NFT NYC while participating in an exhibition called Women of the World.
My artwork was framed and displayed at NowHere Gallery alongside the works of over 300 female artists from every continent.
Although my video was not available for purchase at the time, I had the opportunity to meet the team behind the innovative video prints and connect with other talented artists. Later that year, I was approached to create a new artwork specifically for Infinite Objects, which would be available for purchase as a limited edition tangible artwork, rather than as an NFT.
How was my piece created?
My artwork is titled "The New Kingdom" and it showcases a mesmerizing and enchanting world inhabited by a pastel-colored, fairy-like alien. Through this piece, my aim was to create a visually stunning and positive representation of my artistic vision that would resonate with people and leave them with a lasting impression.
By combining elements of nature and technology, I sought to highlight the potential for harmonious coexistence between the two.
I brought this vision to life using Blender to create the animation, and then worked on designing a custom frame that would enhance its beauty and complement its message. Overall, the entire process was highly personalized and I enjoyed the tangible nature of the piece!
